Ingredients: for Meatballs (kofta) ******************* 1000 grams (1 kg) minced Beef 2 finely chopped Onions 2 tablespoons Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Ingredients: for Curry (Sauce) (Qurma) ***************** 1 cup of Canola Oil 2 finely chopped Onions 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder 6 chopped Tomatoes 4 cloves finely chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon of Salt 4 chopped Green Chilies 1 cup of boiled chickpeas 2 cups of hot water Method: Step 1 To make a sauce heat up 1 cup of Canola oil in a large pot. Then add chopped onions in it, when the onions fried add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and fry it for 1-2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes, garlic, chilies, and salt stir and cook them for 3 minutes. Step 2 After 3 minutes, add 2 cups of hot water in it and bring it to boil. Step 3 Then Make the meatballs and add them to the sauce, make sure the sauce is boiling and cook the meatballs for 10 minutes on high flame. Step 4 After 10 minutes add 1 cup of boiled chickpeas, and cook them for another 20 minutes on a low flame.
