200ml Cream
60ml (1/4 cup) Milk
2 Cardamom Pods
2.5 tbsp Sugar
1tbsp rose water
1 tsp Gelatin (or 1/2tsp Agar Agar Powder or 2 tsp Agar Agar flakes)
1.5 tbsp Cold water
Rose Jelly
1/2tsp Gelatin (or 1/4 tsp Agar Agar Powder or 1 tsp Agar Agar flakes)
1tbsp Cold Water
1/4 cup Water
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tsp rose water
pink color
Garnish
Sliced Pistachios
Dried Rose Petals
