Indgedients: 3 eggs, separated 7 tbs sugar 7 tbs flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup Orange juice 1 orange's zest (about 1 tbs) Orange syrup: 1 cup Orange juice 5 tbs sugar 1 Orange zest Directions: 1) Beat together egg yolks and sugar until the color becomes pale. 2) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. And then fold in yolk mixture. 3) Fold in flour in 4-5 batches, adding the baking powder in half way through. 4) Fold in Orange juice, and half way through add the zest. 5) Bake at 180° for 20-25 min. 6) In saucepan mix all the Ingredients until it thickens, and spoon it on to the cake.
