

دستور تهیه کباب ماهیتابه ای-کباب دیگی
Ingredient: Onion 1 medium Lamb or beef meat 500g Turmeric 1 tbsp Nutmeg 1tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Salt 1 1/2 tbsp Pepper 1 tbsp Tomato paste 2 tbsp Hot Water 150 ml Cooking oil/ vegetable oil 1 tbsp Tomato and potato to your desire Instruction: 1. chop/grate or process one medium onion and add to your meat. 2. Add all your spices and mix them well until they come together as a ball. 3. Flatten the meat in your pan (2cm thick) and cut them into small pieces (any shape you like). 4. Put tomatoes and potatoes on top and grease your pan with oil. 5. Over medium heat, bring it to a simmer. 6. Mix tomato paste with hot water, salt and pepper and pour over your kabab when it starts bubbling. 7. Put the lid on and cook it for 25-30 mins. 8. You know it's done, when the meat is soft and tender.
