Iran truly was an amazing country. It blew our expectations away and one of the highlights of our trip was visiting Persepolis, the historic Capital of Persia over 2500 years ago. The craftsmanship has to be seen to be believed, and the scale is quite extraordinary. We then explored the city of Shiraz, visiting a local Mosque and a quick visit to the local Bazaar. Such beautiful and friendly people, so grateful to have the chance to visit Iran and experience it first hand.
